The Cromwell Group is the complete business service provider. From its beginnings in 1985 as a small cleaning company, the group has expanded to become one of the largest privately owned commercial cleaning companies in NSW.

While renowned for its professional cleaning service, diversification and development has seen the group expand to encompass nine major divisions.

The Cromwell Group’s dedicated management team is focused on taking the organization to a national level within the next five years.

The Cromwell Group in its present format has been in existence since 1985 when current Managing Director, Terry Tallentire purchased the Company. From a staff of 4 in 1985, Cromwell has expanded to be one of the largest locally owned commercial cleaning companies in NSW. Cromwell Cleaning contracts cover Newcastle, the Hunter Valley, Central Coast, Sydney and along the Northern Coast of NSW to the Queensland border.  Current staffing levels run at approximately 130 cleaning staff, 3 Senior Managers and 2 Clerical Staff. In 2003, to maintain and assist with The Groups expansion goals to National level, a decision was made to franchise Cromwell Cleaning.

Cromwell not only has the staff but the expertise to manage and succeed at any contract we submit for tender. Cromwell specialises in the management of commercial, industrial and retail cleaning. Cromwell Cleaning not only offers a professional cleaning service, but also has professional services in ground maintenance, waste management, catering, emergency repair work, contract labour services, tailored integrated property services, lo-tech and hi-tech maintenance repair and management services.

Cromwell Management provides skilled support to the organisation of the contract.  This will mean that Cromwell has the flexibility to respond quickly to changes in circumstances by implementing the required resources when needed.  One of our Client Service Managers will be primarily responsible for the overall management of your project and will receive operational support from the Site Supervisor, Operations Manager and Management staff, as well as administration and financial support.
